On a black, slightly cambered round base, signature 'laurenzl' on the underside of the base. Designed by josef lorenzl (1892 - 1950), one of the most important designers who worked for the goldscheider manufactory in the period of 1920 - 1940, and hugo postl (1879 - ?), animal sculptor, member of numerous artists' associations of his time, mainly active in styria (a). This model 7041 was created circa 1934/35.
