Description: These Herend soup bowls are of finest appearance due to delicate green leaves paintings laid on white porcelain as well … more These Herend soup bowls are of finest appearance due to delicate green leaves paintings laid on white porcelain as well as due to golden painted edges and relief pattern. Form number 718 / PE. Detailed of Herend decor 'PE' (= Persil pattern): Persil decoration is one of the Herend classics. It was inspired by the green leaves of parsley ( = persil in French). This Herend ornament type has normally richly gilded edged areas surrounding a garland of dark and light-green parsley leaves linked by a dark-green strand connected with spiraled black tendrils. The pattern is scattered on white porcelain ground. These Herend soup bowls have following measures: Height of bowls: 2.16 inches, diameter of bowls: 4.33 inches, diameter of saucers: 6.49 inches. Marks: There is at reverse side of soup bowls blue Herend mark with coat of arms and paint brushes (well visible / underglazed) existing. Made circa 1960-1965.
