We invite you here to look at a splendid as well as rarest meissen dinner set for 12 persons consisting of 67 pieces: white porcelain, multicolored painted with nicest modern flower pattern (bird-of-paradise flowers / decor number 701701), white edges. Design: professor heinz werner / born in year 1928 in coswig, germany (= teacher at academy of fine arts and design in halle a.d. Saale, germany). Heinz werner is active as painter, graphic artist and designer of porcelain pieces, having settled in coswig and meissen. - he had joined meissen manufactory in year 1957 as designer of patterns / thus he is colleague of peter strang (born in year 1936 in dresden). Heinz werner created on behalf of meissen manufactory not only various modern decorations such as tales of the thousand and one nights, blue orchid on branch or pattern of bird-of-paradise flowers presented here, but also excellently sculptured single items. This meissen dinner set consists of 67 parts: -- 12 soup bowls with 12 saucers -- 12 dinner plates -- 12 dessert plates -- two large round bowls -- two large four-sided bowls -- four small four-sided bowls -- four small round bowls -- one large oval serving platter -- one large round serving bowl -- one sauce boat with saucer -- four candleholders marks: there is at reverse side of dinner set's pieces meissen sword mark (underglazed) of fourth quarter of the 20th century (circa 1980-1990) existing. Various painter's numbers and former's numbers visible. this piece has an attribution mark,
