Description: A Chinese Qing Dynasty period wooden stool from the 19th century, with woven rattan top, scroll carved apron and horse … more A Chinese Qing Dynasty period wooden stool from the 19th century, with woven rattan top, scroll carved apron and horse hoof feet. Created in China during Qing Dynasty period in the 19th century, this stool would also be wonderful used as a side or drinks table. The piece features a woven rattan square top sitting above a waisted apron accented with delicate low-relief linear scroll motifs surrounding discreet flowers. The stool is raised on four straight legs with horse hoofed extremities, connected to one another through plain side stretchers.
