Created in China during the late Qing Dynasty period in the early years of the 20th century, this wooden side table features a square shaped top with central board and rounded corners, sitting above an open apron. This apron is accented with a regular rhythm of pillar strut motifs present on all sides. The table will therefore be able to float in a room and be seen from all angles. The ensemble is raised on four straight cylindrical legs.
