This is a wonderful rustic painting of a coastal seascape with seagulls. Oil on board. Late 20th century. Signed lower right by listed artist Hal Golden (American, 1925-2017). The painting measures 14" x 22" and is displayed in a simple dark wood frame measuring 18 3/4" x 25 3/4". The painting itself is in very good condition. The frame has numerous scratches, which are easily covered with an oil specifically made for that particular purpose (as shown). For a more permanent solution, you may want to consider painting or staining the frame, which is otherwise in very good condition.
