The title is Along the River During the Qingming Festival 清明上河圖. The hand painted scroll recorded the daily lives of citizens of Kaifeng and their activities celebrating the Qingming Festival. The painting theme has become a vernacular vocabulary, having the images affixed on coffee mugs, teapots, placemats, and other objects in the home.

This snuff bottle has an incredibly beautiful stopper made of gold filigree (gold filled or gold plated wires).
