This Pablo Picasso rare vintage 1971 Pace Editions lithograph print custom framed fine art exhibition poster " Femme Au Fauteuil Jaune " 1932, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Mid Century Modern lithograph print exhibition poster is published by The Pace Gallery New York City, printed in 1971 in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the exhibition by the famous venerable fine art printing house Pace Editions Inc. It features an artwork image originally created by Picasso in 1932 titled " Femme Au Fauteuil Jaune ".
Pablo Picasso ( 1881 - 1973 ) was a Spanish born painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, poet and playwright who spent most of his life in France. He is regarded as one of the most important and influential artists of The Twentieth Century. Exceptionally prolific throughout the course of his long life, Picasso achieved universal renown and immense fortune for his revolutionary artistic accomplishments, and became one of the most well known figures in 20th Century Art.
The rare out of print Mid Century Modern lithograph print framed exhibition poster measures 20 3/8" W X 30 1/8" H X 1 1/4" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte eggshell finish black wood museum box style frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean condition consistent with age and very light signs of handling.
