The Ansonia Clock Company was a clock manufacturing business founded in Ansonia, Connecticut, in 1851 and which moved to Brooklyn, New York, in 1878. Unfortunately the makers label has been taken off at some stage.
This clock remains in full working original condition, with its large face, this clock would look great in any hallway, sitting room or a s shop display piece. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
