This is very pretty (but very used) set of 6 dinner plates made by Royal Copenhagen (Denmark) in a colorful floral design called "Fiesta." Each plate has several varieties of hand-decorated flowers in the center and on the rim, surrounded by a wide green band and gold trim. Based on the back date marks, the plates span a long measure of time, one from the early 1940s to one from the 1960s, with the majority having 1950s marks. There are also very slight differences in the plate sizes, ranging from 9-6/8 inches for the oldest marked plate to 9-7/8 inches for later marks.

All six plates are in fair to good condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing, but there is a lot of wear. Some of the flowers in the center have lost bits of color, especially the plate that has the closeup photos for the listing (see last photo, with red arrows). There are also a lot of utensil marks visible when the plates are examined at an angle under a bright light. The gold trim also shows some wear, but is fairly intact of most of the plates (see closeup photo of the rim).

The back has a detailed mark for Royal Copenhagen, Denmark, with a variety of date marks (see combined photo for samples). There are also multiple sets of hand-written numbers such as 8 991 9586 along with artist marks.
