A flat pan-like knife has plume-like reeding to one side, with silver marks underneath that denote Harrison Brothers & Howson, electric plated. Whorl like scrolls join the knife to the handle, made of bone, and also decorate the top of the handle. These pieces are sterling silver, both stamped with HH for Harrison Brothers & Howson, the Sheffield Crown and the Lion Passant with an X, dating the knife to 1890. See less
