This sterling bowl is in the Louis XVI pattern. This hollowware bon bon bowl has a wonderful ruffled rim that is highly decorated with a lovely Victorian design of flowers, scrolls and cameo styled designs on the sides. This is marked on the bottom with makers name, pattern name and number 9229. It also has the patented date of Dec 23, 1919. Thus making this Bon Bon / Candy bowl a true antique piece.
This lovely bowl measures: 7 3/8 inches in diameter x 1.5 inches tall. This vintage sterling bowl weighs 167 grams. It is in wonderful condition to use and display for years to come!
