The sides are carved wood and the seats are very comfortable. They support the back well.
I had them reupholstered by Lloyd’s Custom Furniture on Melrose Ave, in Los Angeles.
The fabric is high quality, durable, with gold thread on the back of the fabrics, which shows on the front in the Flyer-de-lis detail.
