Shades of Rust form leafy wreaths throughout the repeating design, cradling ornate floral displays with colorfully stitched vases. Bright yellow and red-orange blossoms nestle in each vase aligned over the body of this fanciful European rug from Spain. The fronds of the latticework are joined with curling, golden frills, adding an elegant touch to match the intricate detail portrayed on the larger flowerpots. A thin band of orange, slashed through with yellow in a repeating pattern throughout its length, encloses the central pattern. Backed in cream, the widest border holds elaborate botanical displays similar to those within, with curling red petals and honey-gold accent pieces.
