A small amount of stitching has come out of the bottom right corner of one chair, but is easily repaired (see pics). Minor scratches from wear light use due to age, but absolutely NO deep scratches or tears. VERY HEAVY *see pictures #10 and #11 for damage on the one chair only - the other 3 are near flawless less
