Queen Anne Period walnut slant front bureau or desk of unusually narrow size with cross-banding on the top and slant front. The front falls open to reveal an interior with two pigeon holes, six small drawers and one long drawer. The lower section with two lopers, four graduated drawers, all with pine linings, mounted on shaped bracket feet. Replaced brass hardware, hinges and lock plate.
It has a beautiful patina and the narrow size makes this desk very desirable. less
