It was hand painted and made in Japan by Tilso circa 1950s. The lettering on the front is in decent shape and only minor vintage wear to the finish throughout. Overall it presents nicely. The bank has the rubber plug. We did not find any cracks, chips or breaks. Please review the photographs to see the condition details up close.
