Excellent example of late 20th century POP ART. This strikingly elegant piece is likely by the artist Steven Kaufman though he tended to initial (SAK) on the verso and the painting came to our gallery pasted down.

About Steven Kaufman (1960-1910)
Steve Kaufman was born on December 29, 1960, in the Bronx, New York. One of the last true pop artists, Steve Kaufman is known for his humanitarian work, street art, and pop art in the style of Warhol. At the age of 19, while still a student, Steve Kaufman got a job at Andy Warhol’s Factory. The time spent at The Factory influenced Kaufman profoundly, leaving a traceable mark on his visual language. Captivated with the qualities of fame, Kaufman chose to paint distinguished symbols, from brand names to celebrity portraits. less
