Overton Original Bentwood, the S. E. Overton Co acquired the Bentwood Manufacturing Co in 1934 and began producing bentwood serving trays. While this tray has some Art Deco elements it is more likely from the mid 1950s. Historical note: during WWII, Overton made gun stocks for the US Army under the Defense Production Act.
