The chairs swivel and tilt, the bases are also on wheels. The chairs are adjustable in height, however the bases must be removed to perform this. We have not adjusted them, so the heights vary slightly. Found in the original leather upholstery which shows some signs of wear. Patina to the brass bases (please refer to photos).
