Description: Very rare couple of wall lamps model 1537 designed by pietro chiesa for fontana arte, about 1935, with two lights … more Very rare couple of wall lamps model 1537 designed by pietro chiesa for fontana arte, about 1935, with two lights for each one, made all in brass with murano satin glass shades.
each one has these measurements: height cm 47, width cm 28, depth cm 17
each glass shade is cm 33 of height
i left them with their original patina.
the lamps are in very good vintage conditions, with some obvious signs of time.
my experience teach me that sometimes clients wants the item in their original conditions.
i left also the electric system original of the period, in very good conditions and fully functional.
the glasses have no broken parts.
they are so rare, the only one in the world ! this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
