Very rare pair of space age optical art wall lights/sconces by Egon Hillebrand for Hillebrand Lighting (Germany, 1970s). Each light consists of three superposed orange metal rectangular layers with a white metal square on the top. Can be hung/used both vertically and horizontally. They spread the light beautifully (see pictures). High quality craftsmanship.
Well-wired and ready to use (US compatible). Each requires one small E12 light bulb. LED compatible. Width: 8.3''; height: 4.2''; depth: 2.4''. Very good vintage condition. Light wear consistent with age and use, some scratches.
