France, circa 1925.
This is PRETTY and MUSEUM quality, Sevres style urn ( or vase ).
Totally in the Art Nouveau taste and period , very heavy casting bronze, and excellent HAND chiseling and hammering, perfect detail.
First, the uncommon and hard to find the light blue and iridescent background color, add more elegance and luxury to the vase.
Second, the high relief ( raised ) gold gilding decoration ALL over the piece is outstanding.
Third, the quality of the HAND painted miniature and flowers ALL over the piece, is EXCELLENT.
Fourth, the HEAVY bronze ormolu casting and HAND chiseling and hammering is beautiful.
Depicting a fairy seated among lilac bunch, all body well decorated in lilac, orchid and pink flowers.
Back of the vase well decorated in pink flowers.
Signed by the artist V. Bein ( as far as I can read ).
Porcelain is so thick ( old pieces only ).
I detached all the vase, cleaned it to show you the quality built ( see photos ).
When detached, inside the main body can read : Janes Anne 0086 .
This is probably the artist name who built the porcelain. less
