- These chairs are in very good condition with only minimal signs of wear consistent with their age and use. The … moreThese chairs are in very good condition with only minimal signs of wear consistent with their age and use. The backs of both chairs exhibit slight sun fading. The piping on the underside of one of the chair seat cushions is frayed in the rear corners (see photos), which is not noticeable unless the cushion is flipped; and then the frayed edge would be covered by the back cushion.
