Beautiful cut work with hobstars, fans and dual set of quadruple interlocking ellipticals. Heavy. clear, and sparkles brilliantly hence it’s namesake.

Produced by renowned Libbey Glass Company Toledo, Ohio. Sultana pattern. This piece is shown in the 1901 catalog. Less than half of American Brilliant Period glass is marked and this one is! See photo of Libbey mark in middle of bowl.

This crystal bowl is 8” round and weighs 3.7 lbs.

Condition: Clear quality blank. There is a minor outside rim chip-see last 2 photos. 1 photo is looking from the inside of the bowl and the other is from the outside.


American Brilliant Glass is hand blown and hand cut crystal made with significant labor and skill. Made in the U.S. from 1880 to WW1. Renowned as the finest cut glass in the world.
