A Louis XV walnut two drawer bombe chest by John Widdicomb. It has carved walnut drawer fronts accented with scrolling foliage motifs. The chest is raised on four legs, the front two cabriole legs terminating in scrolled feet. Ornate brass hardware. All original distressed finish. Very good to excellent condition, some surface scratches appropriate to age and use
