This is a pair of antique majolica style decorative wall plates produced by K and G Luneville in the late 1880s.
The plates measure 8.5 inches in diameter each and are in very good antique condition with no cracks or chips and minor gilt loss on the edges. There is crazing commensurate with age on the back of the plate.
The coloring varies a little from plate to plate as these are both handmade with a faience finish over 100 years ago.
The backs are each painted with the Luneville back stamp. less
