Despite that, Man with the Golden Helmet remains a great masterful work and retains its value.

This oil on board reproduction was skillfully made and was painted in the typical manner of Rembrandt which involved a very realistic contrasting light and dark. The gilt wood frame is beautifully ornate, has brown felt lining and is in great condition. Painting is signed by artist on right bottom corner H. Meyer (possibly Meyers) and was custom framed.
