Here is an incredible, antique French Louis XVI bench with carved wood that has been finely gilded in gold. As you can see, there are beautiful carved wood details throughout and high, round "shield" designs on each side. The top of the bench seat is covered with cane that is in excellent condition. The piece also comes with a matching seat cushion in a gold floral textile.
Seat heigh without cushion is 17.5". less
