Absolutely iconic and striking vintage paper mache ceremonial Chinese parade mask / head-dress in nice condition. Beautiful and vibrant in a educated paper mache with hand-crafted details. (Somewhat primitive). Condition is very nice overall with normal signs or wear (and tear) and there are a few home made repairs on the interior (with paper clamps ).
Overall grouchy is about 30” when you include the beard. The head itself is about a 15-17 inch cube.
