With its rustic sensibility, incredible detail and texture, this hand knotted wool vintage Persian Ardabil rug is a capitvating vision of woven beauty. The traditional style and earthy colorway woven into this piece work together creating a truly unique look. The antique washed field features a lozenge lattice decorated with a botanical pattern. It is enclosed with classic border flanked with an inner and outer running water guard band.
Rendered in variegated shades of glaucous, blue, orange, brown, cerulean, terra cotta, khaki, Prussian blue, taupe, sage, verdigris, and burnt orange with other accent colors.
