Appears to be pencil signed lower left corner and dated (77?) top left corner. Overall measurements are 30” wide x 40” tall and the art measures 22.5” x 32.5” within the matte. The print appears to be in excellent condition and although the black lacquer frame is scuffed and chipped (mostly along the top edge), it displays well and can be hung immediately.
