A signed French art deco chandelier around 1930-35 in nickel plated bronze or solid brass. The mounting holds a rectangular rose pink colored bowl by Degue in partly frosted molded-pressed glass. A rare model bowl of this famous Paris and Compiègne based glass manufacturer It spreads a nice warm toned light. It is in very good condition. There is one small spot with some discoloration and tiny internal hairline. It's no damage but an irregularity during the production. See last picture. I have re-nickeled and patinated the authentic fixture. The shade has a diameter of 45 cm (17,7") or 36,7 x 36,7 cm in square (14,45x14,45 inches). The chandelier has a height of 48,9 cm (19-1/4"). I can shorten it on request. It is rewired and holds an American standard socket.
