It is earlier; probably Victorian era - early 1900s. It was made in Germany with a mark of J.S. Germany, Johann Seltmann of Bavaria. The bowl has a number but no name. This set has the bowl and 6 cups. All have the gold Tom & Jerry on them, with beautiful delicate flowers. The bowl has flowers on 3 sides and a gold design on the inside, which is mostly worn. There's a nice double banding of gold on the pedestal. Note the cups have slightly different flowers but very subtle. The measurements for the bowl are below; the cups are 3" tall x 3 1/8" across at the top and about 4" from cup side to the handle. The bowl's pedestal is 5".

The Tom & Jerry drink's name is a reference to Egan's book, "Life in London" or "The Day and Night Scenes of Jerry Hawthorn Esq. and his Elegant Friend Corinthian Tom" from 1821. Here is a recipe so you're ready to go!
12 Large eggs separated
1/2 t. salt
1 lb. Butter
3 lb. Confectioner's sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. ground nutmeg
1 t. ground cloves
1 t. ground allspice
1/2 oz. rum per glass
1/2 oz bourbon or whiskey per glass.
Beat egg whites/salt until if forms a sharp peak that holds. Beat egg yolks in separate large bowl. Beat butter and sugar in third bowl until light and fluffy; beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Stir in species and beat egg whites until well blended. Add liquor and serve! less
