Here is a charming table/task lamp that was made from an antique Pairpoint Silver Co., Quadruple Plated Silver Teapot. From research, teapot appears to be from the early 1800-1830's. The teapot has beautiful etched floral patterns and a lovely, warm, worn-in patina. The original lid finial was replaced with lamp hardware in a coordinating silver finish. It works beautifully! It is paired with a pleated off-white shade from the mid-century. Made in New Bedford, Mass.
