This vintage chest from France features a rectangular-shaped marble top which slightly overhangs the case below which houses three graduated drawers, a clean/linear skirt, and presented upon four squared tapering legs with brass front feet. The dove-tailed drawers are each adorned with recessed panel front facades outlined in brass trimming, and fitted with a pair of brass rectangular bail-pull pulls with escutcheon at their center. The wood has an older, bleached finish. Note that the white marble top, with grey veining, has a faint stain at the rear left (which you can view in the additional images). This French neoclassic style commode will make a lovely addition to a bedroom, or perhaps in a living area with decorative items atop and storage within. less
