The sculpture is done by "direct carving" which means drawing the form directly on the stone without making a model first. This work is created by using a variety of hand Tools consisting of hammer, chisels, steel points, rasps, files and hand sanding. The finished work is a beautiful, elegant sculpture with great visual interest as your eyes continue to move around the sculpture. less
