About The Poster: Het Volk was a Belgian newspaper that was first published in 1891. It was the only paper controlled by the Christian Labour Organizations in Ghent (Belgium). It opposed socialism and adopted "anti-socialist daily" as its slogan.
This poster, celebrating the large distribution of Het Volk, was created in 1958 and bears a Belgian tax stamp. Minor edge wear, overall very good condition. Ready to frame, please see photos.
