Magnificent Pierre Jeanneret Model: PJ010704 Teak & Cane Lounge Sofa also known as ‘Kangaroo’ Chandigarh, India Circa 1955, the two seater bench made from solid teak with hand braided cane, the seats and backrests on a profiled structure in solid teak forming a base at the back with three angled profiled legs to the front of the bench, the slightly curved backrest, seat and leg follow on from each other to form a horizontal "Z" shape, this bench has been newly restored to perfection and re caned in Chandigarh in accordance with the original specification, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture these items will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and a certificate of authenticity, reserve now.
