Very rare due to the small size of the clock. Small Antique French boudoir clock in the form of a rotunda 19th century Louis XVI style
This clock symbolizes the small rotunda that Marie Antoinette could have imagined from the windows of the Petit Trianon. The decorations of the Temple, carved by Joseph Deschamps, consist of twelve Corinthian columns surmounted by a dome decorated with the attributes of Love.
Origin France.
