Tibor Reich, named the 'scientist' of fabric design. His legacy was colour. He became one of the preeminent textile designers in Britain, creating upholstery fabrics for the Concorde, Lotus Cars, and Coventry Cathedral. "The Age of Kings" is a silkscreen-printed cotton textile commissioned by the Shakepeare Trust to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the great writer's birth. Depicting a medieval procession of knights, "Age of Kings" was originally used for the stage curtains at the Shakespeare Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon. This piece is a vintage, fabric panel stretched on a wooden frame for a beautiful wall display. less
