This is a PRETTY and ANTIQUE Worcester England porcelain plate ( tray ).
ALL hand painted and decorated.
The center displays a colorful exotic bird and butterfly , with 4 medallions at each corner, 2 with birds and 2 flowers.
A cobalt blue background.
The gold gilding highlights decoration, gives more elegance and luxury to the plate.
Underside red painted mark, and numbered ( 15 ).
