lorraine thistle is a source of inspiration for art nouveau and the nancy school
it was an artistic movement that only lasted only thirty years from 1884. The arrival of the first world war put an end to it.
nancy has burned under the talent of craftsmen and industrialists who worked at the very end of the 19th century and at the very beginning of the 20th century.
