They were manufactured by the famous Choisy le Roi ceramic company with an exclusive design for the Paris fine goods store E Bourgeois. The large plates have been decorated with a charming transferware pattern with hand painted accents of musical instruments, birds and flower garlands with ribbon bows. They feature scalloped borders with a decorative ribbed surface texture. The undersides have been stamped with the Bourgeois store's personalized label. See less
