Description: This is a vintage set of 6 large-sized Venetian glass water goblets or wine glasses. The conical shape of these … more This is a vintage set of 6 large-sized Venetian glass water goblets or wine glasses. The conical shape of these glasses would have been used during the fish course where a flute is for serving sparkling wine. Their green color is hard to find because it is difficult for glass blowers to maintain consistent shades from batch to batch and is rarely produced because of this lack of consistency.

The distinctive twisted stems are hot connected to the goblets which have solid 22kt gold leaf applied around the top and bottom. The glasses were then etched with a beautiful floral motif. Measuring 8.5” tall and 3” in diameter, these goblets are unique and elegant - rare large-size goblets of the finest quality. Perfect for any occasion. less
