The stool was part of the "Furniture Program 1945", which Müller launched in 1944 together with the Wohnhilfe Zurich Wohnhilfe. The series included tables, chairs, stools, a bench, a chest of drawers and a closet and was produced from 1945 to 1960. Some components of the program were one of the first self -tree furniture in Switzerland. They were sent to packages and assembled by the customers themselves. The clamping device patented by Jacob Müller enables quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the table or chair legs. Our stools are made of solid fir wood. A professional restorer has worked up both. You are therefore in perfect condition. Stable, very few signs of wear. Seat height 46cm.
