Mixed wood veneer hand layed to create an intricate pattern on all three sides. The front is inlayed with a delicate floral design. The top has a double beveled edge to the solid marble. The top is removable. The drawers are dovetailed and all the brass ormolu and hardware are original. There are locks on all the drawers but no keys are included. From the Brittny region of France.
