It is Hand Engraved - Signed by the Maker J. Wall, 510 Wapping, London. It is a Completely Hand Made - Very High Quality - Made to be Accurate for Navigational Purposes. It is Made Out of Solid Cast Brass with a Ebony Wood Handle. Note Also that it has Sterling Silver Calibration Inlays - Attachments. It has 7 Hinged - Swing Out Assorted Color Glass Lenses. It is Also Mounted with a Clear Glass Panel and a Mirror. It has Been Well Taken Care of Over the Years - Very Good Original Cosmetic Condition with Nice Aged Patina - Displays Beautifully. NOTE That I am Not Sure if it is 100% Complete or if it is Still in Functional Condition so It is Being Sold Strictly as a Unique Decorator Item. It really does have a Great Look.
