Facts about the brand.
"Gusums Bruk began producing brass and brass objects in 1661.

The raw material naturally came from their own mill. These genuine brass products from Gusums Bruk were stamped with "GUSUM" or "GUSUMS BRUK" followed by the article number (without "No" or "Nr"). However, individual copies appear without a stamp.

Much later – in 1973 – the tradition continued, when the company Metallslöjden was started in Ringarum, one mile north of Gusum, Sweden. In 1980 the moving cargo went to Gusum and in 1988 the name was changed to Gusum Mässing AB. " See less
