This small village on the … more Copper vase with brass handles from the village of Villedieu les poelles in Normandie France. This small village on the channel cultivates a long tradition of making hand made copper wares. This piece from the now closed "Lecellier house" most probably dates from the early 1980's. I found this delicately crafted piece in a flea market near the city of Lannion France. In relatively good condition after a good polish this massive copper vase only desires to oxidize if left unattended. Let time and the elements do its magic. less
